Riding the Rails in BC

Riding the Rails in BC

The Kootenay region of #BritishColumbia in #Canada has many outdoor activities that will keep your body #active. My favorites are taking a guided mountain #biking tour to see the beautiful scenery and ending the day with a soothing dip in the Naskup #HotSprings.

The southwestern Kootenay region of beautiful British Columbia, Canada, is a year round outdoor enthusiasts dream. The winter season brings on enough deep powder to have earned us – Rossland’s Red Mountain Resort & Nelson’s Whitewater Resort – the title of Best Ski Towns in North America.

Besides summer glacier hiking, boating, camping, rafting and great micro brews like Nelson Brewing Company’s After Dark Ale, the Kootenay is famous for world-class mountain biking and cycling.
