The Route de Wins in Alsace in Photos

For my own fairytale experience, I headed over to #Alsace to explore this quaint, little town that has all the elements of the beautiful French countryside. Dominated by vineyards, it is not difficult to understand why they have some of the finest French wines, and I get to try them!

Hi Frugalistas! Alsace is a particularly picturesque part of France, and the route de vins just north of Colmar is a particularly picturesque part of Alsace. Visiting the pretty villages of the route is like visiting a fairytale, and is like nothing else in France. On my recent trip to France I stayed in Colmar as a guest of the Hotel Rapp.

Visiting the route de vins is tricky by public transport – if you want to do it independently you really need a car, so I partnered with Regioscope and saw the Route de Vins in style!
